I'm currently shipping to Australia, New Zealand, UK, the United States and most other international countries. If you are unsure if your country is included feel free to send me an email at bearberetstudio@gmail.com IMPORTANT: Orders to the UK/EU may be subject to paying VAT tax when they arrive in customs. This will be an additional fee which is the responsibility of the customer and will not be added to your order when you check out.

IMPORTANT: If you place an order to the UK/EU, you may be charged a VAT tax on your order when it reaches customs. Please know that taxes/fees/charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product cost or shipping fee. If you don't want to pay the tax, your order will be returned back to me.

If you need to update/change your shipping address please contact me at bearberetstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering. Any requests after this time may not be accepted. Please double check your address before placing an order as any missing parcels due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.

All orders are packed with care to minimise the risk of damage, however if you have received a damaged parcel please take photos of all damaged items and email to bearberetstudio@gmail.com Please note that any B-grade items will not be considered damaged unless they are significantly flawed as a result of being in transit.

Here is a brief guide on how to dispose of each packaging item thoughtfully: Pink bubble mailer: compostable Rigid envelopes: recyclable Clear cellulose sleeves (used for art prints and cards): compostable Grey board (thick cardboard for prints and cards): recyclable Thank you cards and backing cards: recyclable Any other packing materials not listed above should go into your regular waste bin however it's encouraged to reuse these materials wherever possible!
