✿ My package is damaged/missing, what do I do?

 

All orders are packed with care to minimise the risk of damage, however if you have received a damaged parcel please take photos of all damaged items and email to bearberetstudio@gmail.com

 

Please note that any B-grade items will not be considered damaged unless they are significantly flawed as a result of being in transit.
